Here’s what we’ll cover in the course:

Module 1: Awakening your Feminine Essence

When you feel disconnected from your feminine essence, you feel disconnected from your wild belonging and inner knowing of your sacred place and purpose in the circle of things. You feel a lack of divine order and spiritual connection with the world around you. You feel a lack of your own unique dignity and direction. You long for a feminine lineage and sisterhood that you can’t seem to find inside yourself. And all of this creates a deep sense of helplessness and hopelessness of ever being fully who you are.

In this module, we will awaken the different Goddess archetypes within us and explore each of their magical tools and wisdom. We will deepen our relationship with the earth, the moon, and our priestess lineage to support each of us in discovering our dormant gifts and our unique role in the divine feminine movement that’s happening around the world.

Module 2: Awakening the Primal Feminine

When you see yourself as separate from the natural world, you cut yourself off from your primal wisdom. You struggle with shame and fear around being in a female body. You struggle with bodily experiences, like desire and pleasure. You want to feel more energy and joy in your life, more passion in your romantic relationship, and more freedom in your expression, but you feel frozen inside and stuck in being good, quiet, and small.

In this module, we’ll clear patriarchal conditioning and restore your connection and communication with your sexual body and the natural world to help you activate your inner, infinite energy and primal will for your divine expression.

Module 3: Awakening your Pleasure Body

Your sexual pleasure is your birthright, but because of violation or body or sexual shame, your feminine desire gets shut down, sometimes so much so you don’t even know, let alone can ask for what you really want. This shutdown can keep you feeling lethargic and depressed, unable to finish things or get motivated to start new projects. You also may have a hard time letting go of the past, which can cause rifts in your current relationship. This results in everything from intimacy problems, low libido, and trouble having orgasms.

In this module you’ll get to know the anatomy and circuitry of your feminine sexual arousal and learn how to give yourself all kinds of orgasms. You’ll reestablish your connection and communication specifically with your yoni, womb and inner grandmother council. You’ll get hands on practices for healing and awakening your pelvic temple so you can self source your own desire and pleasure and feel more sexually confident and empowered.

Feeling unsafe and living in anxiety and hyper control is not our natural state of being. But from a young age, women are conditioned to feel inadequate and inferior. We don’t trust our own authority and feminine instincts. We give away our power to others. In turn, we lose ourselves in relationship and don’t receive the depth of intimacy and presence we want from our lovers, especially in sex. Instead of being our gorgeous Goddess selves, we mute our passion, mask our beauty and hide behind personas to fit in and feel safe, accepted and loved.

In this module you’ll learn easy, every day embodiment practices for expanding your capacities of trust, surrender, sensitivity, and receptivity, so you can bring your most vulnerable, authentic self to sexual union. You’ll turn up your feminine radiance and magnetism for attracting everything from love to money to creative connections and opportunities. You’ll also clear energetic patterns around codependency so you can hone your unique feminine intelligence and sustain clarity and sovereignty in relationship.

Module 5: Awakening the Dark Feminine

If you’ve ever felt crushed by self-judgment and doubt or felt powerless to your emotions, this module is like a dark night of the soul survivor kit. No more allowing negativity to get in the way of your happiness and forward movement. No more feeling stuck and unfocused. No more saying yes to things that aren’t quite right for you and don’t light you up inside.

In this module are guided journeys and rituals for exploring the dark feminine aspect of your being. The dark Goddess is a no-nonsense teacher for helping you to free yourself from victim and scarcity consciousness and reclaim your infinite creative power. She brings you to your personal truth through fire, helping you to face your fears and take responsibility for creating everything from passion in your romantic relationship to abundance in your life. She is the soul retriever for the rejected parts of you, which kept unconscious control you, but when brought to awareness, can greatly serve you. By her own freedom, she teaches you how to dance with the unknown, to let go of judgment and take risks, all of which expand your sense of self, experience and expression, as well as your sexual playground.

Module 6: Awakening the Tantrika

Whether you’re single or you’ve been in a relationship for a while, your capacity to feel attractive, desirable, and sexually confident plays a big part in your sexual satisfaction and even how you see yourself as a woman. Self-love is one thing. Self-desire is next level. Combine this with desiring have different attraction and arousal triggers.

Everything in the world has structure, even sexual chemistry. All structures, if you want them to last, require maintenance. If you want to keep sex hot, you have to continue to cultivate your own sense of attractiveness and desirability as well as your attraction and desire for your partner. You have to cultivate healthy polarity and mystery as well as intimacy. You make an effort to get to know your own erotic world and personal arousal triggers and find out what your partner’s are. This is what can take your sex life to the next level and make it a spiritual practice.

In this module, you will learn tricks of the Tantrika to circulate pleasure hormones through your body for greater vitality, youthfulness, sexual aliveness, positivity and beauty. Through guided visualization, you’ll explore your erotic world, discover the different languages of arousal and how to play with them with your partner for heightened chemistry and deeper intimacy. Module 7: Awakening the Divine Masculine

For so many women, the wounds of toxic masculinity are open wide and cut deep - which is why it’s important to initiate your own healing and integrate right masculine energy into your life. Through this sacred work of unwinding fear, forgiving the past, taking back your projections and reclaiming your disowned masculine, the mirror will be that men will show up differently for you- as allies rather than strangers or enemies. Your inner masculine will begin to serve you, with everything from your ability to think logically and strategically to focus on your goals to hold healthy self loving boundaries.

In this module, you’ll embrace both the dark and light aspects of the masculine to create a more loving, liberated relationship with him, inside and out. In awakening your inner king, you call forth your queen. You feel an igniting of energy between them in the way of creative synergy and manifestational power. You experience heros gamos, the inner marriage. You feel a new sense of inner strength and trustworthiness (which is the combination of self trust and worthiness ). And from this new foundation of wholeness, you attract healthy, whole people and mutually beneficial opportunities and partnerships.

Module 8: Awakening your Creativity and Higher Senses

Something happens when a woman expresses herself creatively. A part of her soul comes alive as hidden talents emerge. Everyone of us is born with natural gifts. But because we're so close to them, we can lose sight of them. We grow up and lose touch with our inner child and imaginal intelligence. We can no longer hear our inner voice or feel, let alone trust the impulses of our natural genius. Creativity becomes a mystery that's outside of ourselves and only something that belongs to a few. It’s each of our greatest task in life is to discover our personal genius and bring it into form.

In this module, you’ll learn practices to activate your sensory awareness and imagination to liberate your inner artist, oracle, and magician. You’ll learn practices to create the energetic thread between your unmanifest and manifest desires, so you can more effortlessly and efficiently bring your desires into form. You’ll learn listening practices and the language of symbols so you can deepen your communication with the world around you and feel more consistently, divinely guided. You’ll learn practices for strengthening your inner vision and intuition so you can stay connected to your clarity even in duality. You’ll fine tune your feminine empathic intelligence to expand everything from your compassion and capacity to merge with a lover to your ability to create group cohesion for wielding win win conversations and outcomes with others who are different from you.
